Great company,  the work they do is outstanding, prices are reasonable,  they'll work with you to get you to save. I can not say enough good things about Hurricane. This was my first winter using them for oil delivery. From the first time I called the office Debbie has been amazing, she is so friendly and a pleasure to speak with. Very quick to come out and deliver.  The delivery drivers who have came out are great. A week ago we woke up to no heat on the coldest day of the year. Of course it was a weekend after hours. I called and left a message at the office, and Debbie immediately called me back from her personal number. She said she would have somebody out as soon as possible. Within an hour, Frank the technician was at my house.  What can I say about Frank? Well, if you don’t know Frank you’re missing out, I want to be friends with Frank!  He assured me he would get my heat back up and running as quickly as possible and he sure did.  My line was frozen, I had oil leaking and my furnace needed a replacement part.  A whole big mess. He got to work immediately and another tech JT came with a part. JT is also amazing. 2 guys full of personality.  They had my heat back on within an hour and were truly a pleasure to have in my home. Fast forward to today when my heat went out again. Tank/Furnace are both ancient and will be replaced in the spring. I called Debbie once again (we’ve become good friends) and she said someone would be out as soon as possible. Imagine my excitement when Frank pulls in 10 minutes later!  Again, if you don’t know Frank you should! He quickly got the heat back on again and is fun and enjoyable to chat with while he’s working. You truly CAN NOT BEAT the service, professionalism and pricing from Hurricane. I will never use another company as Hurricane has proven to me they truly care about their customers. One of our zone valves on our furnace was stuck open and was heating our bedroom to over 80 degrees. Debbie sent Frank and John out and they had the valve replaced in less than 2 hours. These are the same gentlemen that had installed the furnace several years ago. I can’t say enough how grateful my wife and I are for the terrific service the whole company provides!!!! This morning, I woke up to find that my heater wasn't working. I contacted Hurricane Energy to come and check what the issue was. The technicians who arrived were very knowledgeable and professional. They thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. I have had several companies come out to service my energy needs, and I must say that Hurricane Energy is the best one I have experienced so far.
